Nancy Gardner is a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people who struggle with stress and anxiety, life transitions, identity and trauma. Her post-graduate background includes training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Somatic Experiencing (a body-mind approach developed by Peter Levine).
My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I strongly believe that everyone holds within themselves a core self that is strong, competent, and healthy.
